You need these faction levels to unlock the cards. You can achieve that by playing against the AI.
Lvl 2 needed for Inner Focus
Lvl 7 to get Ghost Lightning

No you are not missing the code, because I didn’t add it. I always build decks from images. I like that more because it gives you a feeling for what is in the deck.
